We are committed to bringing a high quality, single origin, white sorghum grain to the market. Currently 90% of US grown sorghum is being exported, and is relatively overlooked in the food sector as a highly nutritious and gluten free ancient grain. We are committed to food transparency by managing the entire supply chain from harvest to consumer.
What is Sorghum Grain?
Ancient Grain
Sorghum grain has been a staple food in India (called Jowar) and Africa for thousands of years. It is beginning to gain popularity domestically as an environmentally conscious and American grown option.
Non-GMO
Conventionally bred grain that is not genetically engineered.

Naturally gluten free, making it a great option for those with celiac disease, gluten sensitivity, wheat allergy, or seeking improved digestive health.
Drought Tolerant
Sorghum requires limited water to thrive, thus our crops are never irrigated, and rely entirely on precipitation for growth. In addition it's deep root system improves soil structure and prevents erosion in agricultural settings.
Nutritious
High in fiber, protein, and antioxidants. Sorghum contains nearly double the amount of protein per serving as quinoa.
Versatile Grain
Sorghum can be milled into flour as a gluten free baking alternative, or utilized as a whole grain replacement for most other grains such as rice or quinoa. It's mild nutty flavor makes it a great addition to a variety of dishes.
